What to Do: Edmond Daycation

This is how we would spend a day exploring Edmond! Why not take a day and enjoy all there is to sip, shop and savor right here in Edmond?

We’ve done all the planning for you…

  • No day can begin without coffee. Start off in Downtown Edmond, and enjoy a breakfast and a latte at Evoke or Summer Moon. Be sure to try the salmon toast and The Chill frozen coffee at Evoke!

We ❤️ the Salmon Toast at Evoke!

Make sure you try something delish on their breakfast menu next time you are there!

  • Stroll next door to Commonplace Books and browse the beautifully curated collection of books, while you take in the impeccably decorated interior. From there, you could spend hours exploring the many antique shops Downtown Edmond has to offer.

Commonplace has fun offers and updates for their customers! Be sure you sign up when you are in the store!

  • When you’re hungry for lunch, the Edmond Railyard is just around the corner. There you’ll find several restaurants to choose from, so everyone in the family can find something they’ll love.

SO many fun food choices!

GoGi Go, Oak City Pizza Co, Taqueria El Camino, Hott Wings, Cities Ice Cream, 1884, Blue J’s Rocking Grill

  • Once you’ve refueled with lunch, surely you’ll be ready for more shopping! Spring Creek Plaza is the place to go. Francesca’s, Loft, New Balance, Soma, Jos. A. Bank, and White House Black Market are just a few of the retailers you’ll find. Our favorites though are the locally owned shops: Muse and Plenty Mercantile.

  • After an afternoon of retail therapy, we suggest happy hour at Frenzy Brewing Co.: Edmond’s first brewery! Try the #LakeLife… it’s an American light lager with a hint of lime.

  • When you’re ready for dinner, try out Cafe 501 or Othello’s. Both are delicious! You can’t go wrong.

  • The perfect ending to a fun-filled day in Edmond is with a yummy gelato from Dolci Paradiso. Lauren’s favorite is the lemon… so refreshing!

We love Edmond so much that narrowing down the list wasn’t easy! So, if you’re looking for more, check out some of our other favorites…

Woodward Pizza | Fried Taco | Nashbird Chicken | Inspirations Tea Room | Tikka Craze
