Let's talk about coffee. Café Evoke in Edmond.
It's delicious, the owners are amazing, and their menu is so good. And I am a sucker for a beautiful pastry. When the weather is nice you can sit out on the patio area.
I had the salmon toast. They make their own dill cream cheese, it's delish, and it's presented on this fabulous board.
They have a new cool thing called The Chill. It's frozen coffee, similar to a coffee slushie. Go get one because it's hot out and we all need special treats. They also have two other fun new drinks, matcha, and an orange one. I need to try those next. But they have a delicious breakfast, yummy lunch, and phenomenal coffee.
