Where to Eat in Edmond: Zambrano’s

Okay, friends.

I have a must-try restaurant for you in Edmond. Zambrano's, It's Peruvian. It was so delicious. Every single thing we had was phenomenal. I went with my friend Sherry. She ordered the Peruvian version of paella, which is Arroz con Marcos. Don't judge me on my pronunciation. Going forward, we're just going to like lots of grace for the saying of the Spanish words. It's been a little while since I was in Spanish class.

I got the Lomo Saltado, which was a beef dish. The steak was super tender, and it had red onions, grilled, and bell peppers. It was so good with rice and this yummy sauce on top of it and french fries because, yum. And for an appetizer, he wanted me to roll my Rs on this one when I ordered it, but I couldn't. I'm not an R roller. But the Papa Rellena, fried mashed potato, then inside of it was this yummy meat. So good. You must absolutely get a Pisco Sour, delish, lemony refreshing cocktail. Like a whiskey sour, a gin sour with a bit of egg white on top. So good.

It's located at Fretz and Second. Super close to downtown and super cute inside. I'm obsessed with the Peru mural on the wall. Then they have all these little fun things for sale in the entry. So, you 100% need to go. You will love it. You will go back because I'm going to go back. You need to make friends. There you have it. Go, try it.
