Where to Shop in OKC: pOpshelf

Lauren:

Hi friends. Okay. My mom and I drove to Choctaw. She was so kind to hop in the car with me on the spur of the moment.

Mom: That's right.

Lauren: To go check out pOpshelf. pOpshelf is in Choctaw. It's a little far to drive.

Mom: It was worth it.

Lauren: It was so worth it. I guess Moore gets one and then Oklahoma City might get too. They're opening hundreds of stores. So it's Dollar Tree. I've heard people say it's like Dollar Tree and Target had a baby. Maybe?

Mom: It feels like that.

Lauren: Yeah. So much cute stuff. I kind of got tired at the end of looking at things. So many things to look at. Easter basket, fun, seasonal section.

Mom: Party goods like crazy.

Lauren: Oh, the party supplies were great.

Mom: And art supplies things.

Lauren: Yes. Paints.

Mom: Cake decorating. Oh my gosh.

Lauren: And the sprinkles.

Mom: Sprinkles.

Lauren: There were unicorn sprinkles. I mean what's not to... and rainbow ones with clouds. If you want to make a rainbow cake, all the colors of the cake mix. We were super impressed by that. All the home goody things that you would need.

Mom: Every sign says everything.

Lauren: Oh, if you need a sign, they-

Mom: All the words.

Lauren: Have the words to put on your walls or your shelves. There were really good ones. We didn't leave... Well, we left with one.

Mom: You did get one.

Lauren: For that said be brave and be kind and be amazing or something. It was cute. We think you need to go and check it out. I think it's worth it.

Mom: It's worth the trip. Definitely.

Lauren: I didn't think I was going to buy anything, but then I did buy all the things. But it still has food, candy, shampoo, makeup, and any category you would ever-

Mom: Dish soap.

Lauren: Oh yeah.

Mom: Yeah. Everything.

Lauren: They had Meyer dishes though. All the things. Platters.

Mom: Yes, we almost bought some more dishes.

Lauren: Baskets. If you need it it is there.

Mom: It's probably there.

Lauren: Yeah. So we think pOpshelf is super cool, right?

Mom: I went to one in Tennessee.

Lauren: Oh, so mom's a veteran. She was like-

Mom: I already knew what we were going into.

Lauren: Yeah. Guiding me through all this.

Mom: Check yourself out.

Lauren: Oh, that was really fun. With the little scanner on top, I felt like... I don't know why that felt more fun than checking yourself out at Walmart. Maybe because you had cute stuff.

Mom: Oh, and it was pretty and nice and had lots of space.

Lauren: Yes, and clean.

Mom: Very clean.

Lauren: You need to go. You'll love it.
