Where to Eat in OKC: Coolgreens

There is something magical about goat cheese, figs, little slices of apple and pumpkin seeds. The Harvest Salad is my go to option at Coolgreens. I actually never order anything else when I go. They have a number of locations across the OKC metro area. It is one of my favorite spots to meet girlfriends. The hubby is not a huge fan of fru-fru salads. This one calls to me though and I have cravings for the magical combination of delicious flavors.

I grabbed one to go last week and they were going above and beyond to support our local medical community. They had just delivered 500 salads last week to Integris Hospital staff! Coolgreens was not finished giving back and they have plans this week to deliver more Salads of Hope to Sunbeam Family Services in OKC.
