Where to Eat in OKC & Edmond: Neighborhood Jam

Okay, the most important breakfast spot in Oklahoma City, in my opinion, is Neighborhood Jam. It really has my heart, clearly. If you look at my Instagram feed or stories, you will see that I talk about it all the time. The Sam Elliott latte is delicious, and they also have a Sarsaparilla that has sea salt on top. The key is to stir in the sea salt. It is so delicious. I'm kind of obsessed with it.

I really love everything on the menu. Clayton gets the Heap, with crispy hash browns and crispy bacon, every time. He does not branch out really at all. I jump around. I love the traditional Eggs Benedict, and the Uptown Benny is one of my faves. The Oats and Hay is fun if you just want oatmeal and yummy fresh berries. I'm such a huge fan. They also have peach jalapeno jam, and it's delicious. You can even buy jars of it to go if you want, which I think is an excellent idea, and I might have to do it.

I'm sure that you've probably eaten there, but if you haven't, it needs to be on your list of an ASAP, go right away. Then they have fun specials each week, like a pancake special and a savory special. I will hop around on the specials. I'm not going to lie. They do a great job.

It's a Hal Smith restaurant so you know service is on point because they just do that so well. And if you want an extra fun treat, then you need to ask to sit in Sue's section. Sue is our favorite server, but everybody's fabulous. You can't go wrong. Neighborhood Jam, you need to go, right away.
