Our Favorite Date Night Spot: The Sushi Bar

Okay. Sushi Bar. One of our favorite date night spots. We liked the one in Edmond at 178th and Penn. There's also one in Memorial. Never been there, but it's close to home, so it's nice to dash out for a quick bite. Our favorite waitress/server is Ai Ai. We love her! She's so good. She knows exactly what we want so she can just put our order in. She'll tell the hostess, "They don't need menus." So clearly we go there too often. It's a sign.

We always order the Naughty Girl with Fresh salmon instead of smoked salmon, because it's just way better. And it comes with eel sauce. I don't like eel sauce. So we say no sweet sauce, but if you like it, good for you. Other people get it with that. Clearly, they made it that way, so it must be good.

I also have been recently getting the Sunset. Clayton doesn't love it because it has asparagus in it. I love it because it comes with a side of fresh tuna. It is spicy tuna and this fancy green dipping sauce that's to die for. I even went so far as to get another side of spicy tuna tonight, which might've been overkill, but it's just so delicious.

Clayton likes the Volcano and the spicy scallop. I think scallops taste like sand, but he apparently doesn't agree, and that's what he gets.

So The Sushi Bar, is clearly one of our go-to date night spots. I just love it. Ask to sit in Ai’s section and try one of our favorite rolls!
