Old School Bagel Cafe on Hefner and May Ave had a serious makeover and we LOVE the new space!

Old School Bagel Cafe has a long history in Oklahoma City. Here is the magic behind their delicious bagels. “We start by mixing our dough and curing it overnight. Then, we boil it for 40 seconds before baking it to perfection. The result is a fresh, dense and perfectly chewy old-school bagel.”

In our family we each have our own favorite things we always order. Sam is a warmed plain buttered bagel guy. Sophie loves a breakfast bagel with ham. Clayton always gets the pepperoni pizza bagel on a sesame bagel.

I love the Old Smokey! It’s made with smoked turkey and chive and onion cream cheese on an everything bagel. It is magical! I like it warmed up.
