Owner Spotlight: Ganache Patisserie

Have you stopped by and experienced Ganache Patisserie? 

Ganache Patisserie is situated between RePublic and Hatch in Tract 30 at Chisholm Creek. The space is light and bright and their pastries in the cases look like pieces of art on display. Laura Szyld and her husband Matt Ruggi are the super talented chefs/owners and have studied in Argentina, Paris and across Europe. Matt is from Italy and Laura is from Argentina.

They chose Oklahoma City as the home for their new pastry shop because of the exciting food scene and they saw an opportunity for growth offering pastries you cannot find anywhere else in the city. Matt and Laura rotate their menu often and have fabulous desserts, baked goods, lunch and amazing coffee.  

Ganache also caters and they are working to establish more relationships with local restaurant who would like their own specialty desserts. Matt and Laura are both super friendly and engage each one of their customers in a personal way. They are happy to give you recommendations on what would be the best choice for your flavor preferences. The mouse cake is my favorite!
