Where to Shop: For Game Day Gear ๐Ÿˆ

All right, friends. This is our Gameday Gear Round-Up. This is your official list of some great places to shop for your OU and OSU gear.

We're going to start with Oklahoma City.

Opolis is a really fun store with all the vintage touches like old scoreboards and bicycles in the store to create a whole cool vibe. They have great t-shirts, and fun sweatshirts for men, women, and kids. And then when you need your Thunder stuff in a few months, you must hit them up.

They have festive gatherings Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings, depending on game time. So stop by and pick up your game day gear and have a mimosa and play cornhole. It's a whole festive thing! I got my OU t-shirt at Opolis. Itโ€™s both super soft and has a crew neck. You definitely must try Opolis!

Next up is Blue Seven, I love Blue Seven! The owners are fantastic and so very nice. They have their hat bar. If you want to do an OU or OSU-colored theme, just pick your hat, your patch, and do the whole thing. It is a super fun option. They also have cute t-shirts for both teams and sweatshirts. You can also get your Thunder wear at Blue Seven to represent our city. They've got all the awesome Oklahoma and OKC stuff like, gifts, home decor, and a huge super fun kids selection. So go to Blue Seven!

Next up is Lush Fashion Lounge, they do a fantastic job on social media. You always know what's in the store because they're constantly modeling it on Insta and Facebook. I adore their outfits! They even put together a whole outfit with the fringe purse and the OU t-shirt. They have jars of OU and OSU buttons with a bunch of different choices, and they're so cute! Lush has tons of t-shirts for OU and OSU on a whole two-sided display shelf. A side for each team. Their hats! I love the cute trucker hats. You definitely need to go there.

I love a v-neck tee! Why don't all people love and wear v-necks, is it just me? Seriously? It might just be me. I feel kind of restricted when it goes up to the top. I picked up a super cute OSU Cowboys t-shirt. And it is a v-neck! I am SO happy!

Here's the thing, I went to both schools. I spent two years at OSU, two years at OU. I'm like a person divided. I have both shirts for both schools. Are we okay with that?

Then I ran over to Penn Square Mall. They have a Rally House there, and they also have a Rally House in Norman and Stillwater. They have more choices than you could ever want in your entire life. They have lots of menโ€™s stuff including polo shirts, and dressier options. They have lots of Nike-branded college gear too.  You can hit up the Rally House if you want ALL the traditional options.

Then I discovered the cutest store called Love Okie. Itโ€™s adorable, and they also have a ton of shirts and sweatshirts. They might even have a sequined skirt or two if you're feeling extra fancy for the game. They have the cutest beaded earrings too. You also need to wander around the store and pick up something flowered just while you're there because there are a lot of gorgeous flowered dress options.

So that's our round-up of Oklahoma City options. Now I know I didn't hit all the stores because Habit in Edmond has cute stuff too. They didn't have their game day stuff in yet, but I'm sure they will. And people love Habit. Now there are probably some spots I missed, but these are some fantastic options in Oklahoma City.

Now we need to talk about Stillwater options.

My dad and I love our OSU time together. He was so great to tag along for this next adventure. The first stop on the way into town always has to be Eskimo Joe's. We always get cheese fries with bacon. It has to be the regular bacon for me, not the sweet pepper bacon you can also order. So my dad compromised and we got regular bacon, as it should be prepared. My dad says it's still delicious. He always gets the sweet peppered bacon cheeseburger. And I get the pasta salad with blackened chicken. Thatโ€™s always my go-to!

The clothing store attached to Joeโ€™s has lots of Eskimo Joeโ€™s gear, of course, and they have some OSU shirts too you can check out.  We might love it so much that we have a whole video dedicated to our love of Eskimo Joeโ€™s.

After our fabulous lunch at Joeโ€™s, we went to peek our heads in all the great places to buy gameday gear.

We started at Chris' University Spirit. They have so many choices with lots of fun options. They also have a whole kids section with lots of OSU sweatshirts, and t-shirts so you definitely need to go there.

Next, we ran into Dupree Sports. They have a fun mural painting on the side of the building, which I totally loved. They had some really cute stuff in there too. Bonus, if you need any sporting goods gear or tennis shoes, they have all of that too, it's like a multipurpose stop.

Then, we just had to go into the Wooden Nickel, a staple of Stillwater. It's really adorable. They have great men's and womenโ€™s clothing and really cute girls' things from fun college student outfits to lots of gifts. You need to peek your head in. I think it's a great spot!  If you don't want to wear the OSU logo gear, but you do want to find something orange or black you can find logo-free options and accessories too. Another option I love is Elizabethโ€™s. It is right next door to Chrisโ€™. If you want to have fun options that are a little more subtle in orange and black you must stop there! And you should check out their home decor and Greek gifts too.

So that is our round-up of places you must shop after you eat at Joe's.

Here is the lineup for where to shop in Norman for your game-day gear.

I always think Metro Shoe Warehouse is a solid choice. There is one in Oklahoma City, Norman and Tulsa. You really can't go wrong at Metro Shoe, so you definitely need to stop by. I like the men's selection. I especially like the golf shirts, t-shirts and great hats. You can also pick up some new shoes for the game too, I mean you are already there. Clayton grabbed a couple of new OU t-shirts on this visit.

Then an oldie but goody is Balfour, so I might have worked there when I was at OU. I was a Balfour of Norman employee on game days when they would come in and broadcast the game from the store. It was this whole big festive and fun thing back in my college days. Do they even do that anymore? Balfour has cute stuff and I think they have a great kids selection there. If you are needing a miniature-sized OU cheer uniform this is definitely your spot.

Then you have got to stop and get some lunch at Victoria's Pasta Shop.  it's our fave. We have a whole video just about Victoria's. It was our date destination in college. Clayton donated a lot of plasma to keep me in all of the fabulous Victoriaโ€™s cheese bread. You have to order the cheese bread! We drive there to have lunch every few months when we need a little escape.

Then you need to go to a place my friend Becky recommended, The Clothing Bar! It's next to Cayman's and SO very cute. They have fun, colorful options. I think it is probably the go-to spot if you are going to go to a date party and you happen to currently be attending school there.

There are also some fancy sparkly tennis shoes, dresses, and jeans. They have a darling selection of OU stuff. That was the cutest part of the whole store with a darling display right when you walk in. They had some shirts with Sooners in a fun script and cool sweatshirts too. When you don't want to go all out with the logos, then you can pick something in crimson or cream. There were some really fabulous purse straps, jeans, and a perfect crimson t-shirt dress that I probably should have left with. You must hit up The Clothing Bar.

So that's the round-up of where to go in Norman for game-day gear.

So there you have it, Oklahoma City, Stillwater, Norman, all the choices for game day clothing. We didn't even talk about popping into the student unions, because those of course have fantastic options too.

Tell me where you love to go. I probably missed some great places and I need your opinion.

Go get your stuff! Football season is here!  It's time to go support our local stores, pick up your t-shirts, and be festive! It's game time! ๐Ÿˆ
