The other day I decided I wanted to make guacamole... and, of course, I didn't have any ripe avocados.
If you've ever needed avocados the same day, you know that's not always easy. 😅
So we headed over to Mi Super Supermarket at Hefner and Penn, and it reminded me why we keep going back.
An Easy Stop for Taco Night
We picked up ripe avocados, marinated chicken for the grill, and fresh tortillas while we were there.
One thing I always grab is the corn tortillas from the cooler. They're fresh, and we love using them for taco night at home.
What started as a quick stop for avocados turned into dinner being figured out, too.
Why We Keep Going Back
We love trying different grocery stores around Oklahoma City, and Mi Super is one we've found ourselves coming back to.
The produce has always been fresh when we've gone, and I like knowing I can usually find ripe avocados when I actually need them. Their marinated chicken has become one of our easy dinner favorites, too.
Sometimes it's the little things that make weeknight dinners a little easier.

If you're on the north side of OKC and need a few things for dinner, I'd keep Mi Super Supermarket at Hefner and Penn in mind.
We stopped in for avocados and ended up leaving with everything we needed for taco night.
