Where to Eat in Edmond: Birdie's by Chef Kevin Lee - The Best Korean Steakhouse!

Hey foodies! If you're looking for an unforgettable dining experience in Edmond, Birdie's by Chef Kevin Lee is a must-visit. We recently had a fantastic evening there, and here's a fun recap of our night out.

A Night at Birdie's

We decided to visit Birdie's for our date night, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. This place brings back the flavors we missed from the old days when we used to enjoy Bibimbap at Shay. Birdie's has truly done a fantastic job reintroducing these beloved dishes.

Highlights of Our Meal

Crunchy Fried Rice: This was extra crunchy and extra spicy, just the way we like it. When they brought out the red sauce, we decided to go all in. A little tip: mix it in lightly at first because it's quite warm!

Delicious Margarita and Fan Coke: We enjoyed a refreshing Margarita, and the Fan Coke wasn't bad either. Clayton loved it, and we drank lots of water to handle the spice.

House Salad: The salad was a delightful surprise with Green Goddess dressing and fried chickpeas on top. It was so good that we recommend sharing it next time—we'll definitely do that!

Pro Tips for Your Visit

Bibimbap: Pair it with the house salad to help cool down your mouth from the spicy kick.

Sauce Management: Add the sauce to your plate to let it cool down a bit before diving in.

Why You Should Go

Birdie's by Chef Kevin Lee, located at 150th and Penn, is a five-star experience with two thumbs up from us. The food is phenomenal, the ambiance is cozy, and the service is top-notch. We loved every moment and can't wait to go back.

So, if you're in Edmond and craving some amazing Korean steakhouse cuisine, head over to Birdie's and let us know what you think. Trust us, you'll love it!

Happy dining!
