Where to Eat in Edmond & Norman: The Winston

Discovering The Winston in Edmond: A New Favorite Spot!

Hey there, food enthusiasts! 🌟 If you're on the lookout for a delightful new dining experience, let me introduce you to The Winston in Edmond. Located at 178th and May, this charming spot has quickly become a favorite!

Small Plates, Big Flavors

The Winston offers an array of small plates, perfect for trying a variety of dishes without feeling overwhelmed. During my visits (three times in just a few weeks) I’ve had the pleasure of sampling several standout items:

Cocnut-Ginger Ahi Salad: This delicious dish is topped with seared ahi tuna, and crisp, seasoned noodles. It is so addictive that I could eat it like popcorn!

Chicken Nachos: Served in perfect portions of six, these nachos are simply delicious.

Tacos and Enchiladas: My husband, Clayton, loved the tacos, while the enchiladas were equally yummy.

Salads with a Twist

If you’re a salad lover, The Winston has you covered:

Wedge Salad: A classic go-to and favorite for Clayton.

Caesar Salad: With an exciting twist of banana peppers, this Caesar salad is a must-try!

Happy Hour Happiness

One of the highlights of The Winston is its fantastic happy hour. Every day the drinks start at just $3.95, moving up to $4.95 and $5.95 as the evening progresses.

Their frozen watermelon drink, garnished with a cucumber spear, is a refreshing and fun summer treat!

Cozy and Inviting Decor

The ambiance at The Winston is both fun and cozy:

  • Winston Churchill Themed Decor: The walls adorned with images of Winston Churchill and rows of books create a unique atmosphere.

  • Globes on the Bar: A quirky row of globes atop the bar adds to the eclectic charm.

  • Patio with a Fire Pit: Perfect for those cooler evenings, the patio is a great place to relax.

Must Visit

The Winston has only been open for a few weeks, but it's already making a name for itself. Whether you’re there for the food, the drinks, or the ambiance, you’re in for a treat. Make sure to stop by during happy hour to get the full experience!

If you’ve already been to The Winston, share your thoughts! Did you love it as much as I do?

Happy dining! 🍽️
