Where to Eat: Lemongrass Modern Thai Cuisine

Lemongrass Blog Thumbnail.png

Today I stopped for a quick lunch at Lemongrass Modern Thai Cuisine today. I'm not a huge fan of Thai, but I absolutely love the Thai food here. The dining room is currently closed due to COVID-19 but have no worries, take-out is an option too!

Lemongrass has been open since 2007, and offers awesome lunch specials till 2:30 p.m. on weekdays. They have a delicious Tom Yum mushroom soup that can be added to your lunch special for only 99 cents; it’s the perfect blend of all delicious things and extra spicy! I inherited the embarrassing gene of sweating when I eat spicy food from my father. So, if I eat Thai food around you, we’re good friends.

My favorite lunch special is C-4. It includes green curry (I chose chicken), pad Thai, white rice and of course, I get the Tom Yum soup. I don’t like large portions of one thing, that’s why I love lunch specials; I get to try some of it all!

Lemongrass is a must stop if you’re craving Thai. It’s located on 253 S Santa Fe Ave, in Edmond; maybe I’ll see you there!
